Kitchenaid 3.1L Food Processor – Almond Cream

The 3.1L Food Processor from KitchenAid is one of the first of their models to feature the ExactSlice system. Praised for speeding up food preparation and general cooking tasks; as there is no need to stop the machine and switch out blades or cutting disks if you require a different thickness in your slice, which can be done within a range of 1mm – 6mm. In regards to other cooking and food prep tasks whether they be whipping, slicing, shredding, mixing, kneading, mincing or pureeing, KitchenAid have kindly provided the 3.1L Food Processor with all the parts to get them done in no time at all. The base lock feature ensures the bowl goes nowhere when blending adding stability whilst processing, which also cuts down on unwanted noise and vibrations. And finally, there are the power options, with an option to choose between the lower 900RPM for coarse chopping and fine slicing, or the higher 1750RPM for shredding and thick slicing of harder vegetables. There is also the pulse button so that you can fully tailor the consistency of sauces, mashes, salsa’s and minces.
